How to Place an Order
At The Fey's Weave, placing an order is simple and secure. Just browse our collection, select the items you love, and proceed to checkout. You can either create an account for faster checkout next time or proceed as a guest.

We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy the beauty of jewelry. That's why we offer magnetic clasps as a standard feature on all our bracelets, as well as an option for just about every piece. These clasps are designed to be easy to use, even for those with limited dexterity. We understand that traditional clasps can be challenging, and we're committed to providing options that cater to a wide range of needs.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be thrilled with your Fey's Weave chainmaille jewelry! We offer returns and exchanges within the following timeframes:
Returns:
You have 15 days from the day of delivery to return unworn items with original tag(s) and storage bag for a full refund. While the tag does not need to be attached, it must be included with the returned item.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost for unwanted items.
Exchanges:
You have 30 days from the day of delivery to exchange your item for a different size or style. The new piece must be equal or greater in cost. If the new piece is greater in price than the original item, you will be responsible for covering the difference of cost.
There is no restocking fee for exchanges or returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email at TheFeysWeave@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement for the correct or non-damaged version, free of charge.
Processing Times:
We strive to process returns and exchanges within three (3) business days of receiving your return.
You will receive a notification email once your return or exchange has been processed.
Additional Information:
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are visually worn or does not include the original tag(s) and storage bag.
Incorrect Sizing
If you received a piece with an ill-fitting length, we offer a one-time free resizing on chains, bracelets, or cuffs within two (2) inches, smaller or larger.
We will resize the piece no matter when it was purchased.
We will cover all shipping costs for this resizing service.
If more than a two (2) inch adjustment is required, there may be a small fee, depending on the weave pattern and the type of jump rings used.
