How to Order a Current Item in a Different Length

If you see a piece you love but want it in a different length, simply send us the item number and your desired length (in inches for whole measurements, centimeters for fractional measurements). Please also include any slight modifications you would like, if applicable, ex. different clasp, different color of metal, etc. We will reach back out with an estimate and timeline to fulfill.

 

Custom Order Process

1. Contact Us: Describe your vision for your custom piece via email, including the following details:

• Type of Product: We can create a variety of items, including chains, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, headpieces, and more!

• Metal Type: We currently use bright aluminum, but can source other metals upon request (prices may vary). Keep in mind that not all metals are the same weight, and can drastically affect the weight of the final piece.

• Metal Color: Anodized aluminum comes in a variety of colors. We can also source other colored metals. If you have a specific shade in mind, please be descriptive or include a reference photo.

• Desired Weave Pattern: Tell us your preferred weave pattern, or we can recommend options based on your desired product. We are more than happy to send more information on the weave patterns to help you decide.

• Reference Photos or Drawings (Optional): Include any visuals that help us understand your vision. (JPEG and PNG formats preferred)

1. Quote and Timeline: We will reply with an estimated timeline and quote based on the complexity of your design. We will also send photos of specific materials for approval if applicable. 

2. Payment: We require a 50% deposit upfront to cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

3. Approval and Completion: Once complete, we will send you photos and a video of your custom piece for your final approval. Minor changes can be made free of charge before shipping. Upon request, we can send photos and videos during the creation process as well.

Please Note: There are no returns or exchanges on custom pieces. However, if you receive a custom piece with an incorrect length, we offer a one-time free resizing within two inches (smaller or larger). We will cover all shipping costs for this resizing service.

Additional Tips:

• Be as accurate and precise as possible with your measurements in centimeters for the most accurate results.

• We recommend using a flexible measuring tape to take your measurements.
